We are looking fora highownership internship candidate with basic working knowledgeof web development and who doesnt need to start from scratch asthis is an advanced internship.

  1. Tolearn to build and deploy reliablecode

  2. To allowyourself to make mistakes while going all into learning but not torepeat them more than once.

  3. To support the Engineering and Operations teamsin deliverables both staging andproduction.

Requirements Basic working knowledge (not workexperience) of at least 3 of thefollowing:
(working knowledge means if assigned a taskyou will be able to execute it with help ofGoogle)
  • HTML/CSS
  • PHP
  • Laravel/Codeigniter
  • Python
  • jQuery/Javascript
Timings: Monday toFriday 10am to 7pm fulltime inclusive of 45 minutes breaktime

Benefits As a part of thisinternship:
  • This is aminimum 7 months to a maximum 15 months internship. Your initialstipend will be set to 2.5k; your stipend will increase with timebetween a range of 0 2.5k every 3 months of internship depending onwhether you acquire the necessary skillsets as a reward for yourdedication. This will increase to a max limit of Rs.12.5k/month.
  • Upon completion of 9 months ofinternship a fulltime job offer will be presented to the internshipcandidates who have performed nothing short of excellent. You haveto clock 184 hours compulsorily in a month so if you are a studentwith offline college this internship may not work foryou.
  • If you are not selected for afulltime offer you will receive a neatlooking certificate that willhelp you in your furthercareer.
  • You will be eligible to forlaptop assignment from the company to workon.
  • Certificate only ifyou complete 6 months of internship; and LOR and fulltime job offer(subject to performance) only upon completion of 9 months ofinternship.
WorkTimings and Leave Policy
  • Monday to Friday10:00am to 7:00pm remoteworking
  • Saturdays off exceptin cases of need equitable overtime paid leaves will begiven
  • 1 paid leave allowedpermonth
