KraftPixelis a bespoke IT development services company grateful to be workingwith clients like smallcase Angel One IIFL 5Paisa HDFC Bank LimitedKapiva and more carrying a focus on projects in the web domain.We are looking for a highownership internshipcandidate with the basic functional knowhow of HR responsibilitiesso that she/he can seamlessly work on hiring culture and longtermnurturing of talent at the company. Also someone who understandsthe basics of business and can come up with fixes for loopholes orideas for growth of the company proactively within the talentacquisition and managementmissions.

  1. Learning and managingHR responsibilities to meet the KPIs number of relevant candidatesin pipeline beforetime hiring for positions (keeping capacity at125%) culture growthetc.
  2. Practically learningto support the PeopleOps team by maintaining Google Sheets to keeprelevant stakeholders updated on the progress of PeopleOpsgoals
  3. Practically learning to supportthe talent acquisition and management missions by contributingrelevant ideas and making progress with theteam.


Requirements

Musthave Hard Skills that you will be working onacquiring:

TechnicalCompetence
  1. Google sheets andother relevant collaborative softwares. Ability to catch up withhiring systems being usedquickly.
  2. PeopleOps skillstalent hunting negotiations building JDsetc.
  3. A mindset thatunderstands how an IT business functions and can come up with ideasfor the growth of theorganization
  4. Basic theoreticalknowledge about coding languages in use at thecompany
  5. Analytical and Task Planningskills towards achievement of hiringgoals

Must have SoftSkills that you will be practically learning onacquiring:

  1. Proficient English communicationskills both written as well as spokenEnglish
  2. An attitude of high ownership andaccountability in everything you do at KraftPixel. Outcome >Output always.

As this is a trainee position thecandidate will be required to use their own laptop forwork.

Benefits As a part of thisinternship:
  • This is a minimum 7months to a maximum 15 months internship. Your initial stipend willbe set to 2.5k; your stipend will increase with time between arange of 0 2.5k every 3 months of internship depending on whetheryou acquire the necessary skillsets as a reward for yourdedication. During this entire time you also need to work on yourfeedback so that you can grow in your skillset and in this role.This will increase to a max limit of Rs.12.5k/month.
  • Upon completion of 9months of internship a fulltime job offer will be presented to thecandidates who have performed nothing short of excellent. You haveto clock 184 hours compulsorily in a month so if you are a studentwith offline college this internship may not work foryou.
  • If you are not selected for afulltime offer you will receive a neatlooking certificate that willhelp you further your career.
  • Certificate only if you complete6 months of internship; and LOR or full time job (subject toexcellent performance) between 9th and 12th month of internship.
Pleaserefrain from applying if you are a nonfinal semester student or youcannot commit for the full internship duration of 9months.

WorkTimings and Leave Policy
  • Monday toFriday 10 am to 7 pm remoteworking
  • Saturdays and Sundaysoff except in cases of need equitable overtime paid leaves will begiven
  • 1 paid leave allowedpermonth
