We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join our Client at Delhi. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking travel arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This is a junior-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales. The job is located in Delhi, Delhi, India. The employment type for this role is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.
  • Familiarity with travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and any additional language is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist customers in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to negotiate and secure the best deals and rates for customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
  • Promote and sell travel products and packages to meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Handle customer payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for customers.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
  • Provide timely updates and communication to customers regarding changes in travel plans or arrangements.
