We are seeking a highly motivated Section Manager, QA to join our Quality team on a full-time basis :
Major Responsibilities
Responsibility: New Project
Ensure New product launch with Zero defect. Implement Robust process to strengthen the New Products Maintain Zero Defect for 6 Months after Mass production launched. Involving new product from design phase till mass production phase Maintaining Yield 98.2 while handovering to mass productionResponsibility: Customer Quality & Mfg. Quality
Drive the Quality team towards process improvement. Ensure Customer claim closure within 10 days' timeline. Ensure conformance of products and processes to specification by auditing & correcting. Drive the team for process continual improvement activities. Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering zero defect products to customer. Drive the team to perform diagnosis, troubleshooting analysis and RCCA using quality tools and statistical techniques. Support Internal & external system audits and customer audits. Drive the team to implement robust action to reduce scrap cost related to respective cells. Ensure Process and product audit performed to improve the process. Ensure process audit points closure on time. Responsible of sending Global report on time to Divisional Responsible for preparing the Monthly Report, Weekly ReportResponsibility: HD & Process Improvement
Ensure CA implemented Horizontally to all Models against customer claim actions. Drive the team to implement robust actions towards process gaps. Drive the CFT team to implement proactive actions to reduce Customer Returns Drive the team to implement SPC for all Models.
Requirements
Academic/Professional Education : BE EEE Relevant Experience : 10 to 12 years from EMS industry Technical Skills/Knowledge Good knowledge in EMS IPC Certification
