Associate Lead SRE

About the Role
:
In this opportunity as Associate Lead SRE, you will:
Provide operational support for the Platforms & products that we support and act as the subject matter expert for any operation & tech support inquiries.
Participate in Major Incident process, providing hands-on support investigating and troubleshooting the incident, to successful mitigation
Act as the go to person for any production issue, troubleshoot and escalate as needed and monitor until successful resolution. Communicate status with the team and stakeholders.
Adopt pan-TR operation principles to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Take active role in implementing Operation Readiness stories, communicate the progress to the project/scrum teams and demo
Implement nonfunctional requirements with focus on systems availability, scalability, performance, monitoring, alerting and security (remediate infrastructure level vulnerabilities).
Keep up to date with emerging cloud technology trends, especially around Service Reliability engineering, DevOps, and Security.
Individuals must be proactive, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple project tasks.
Able to provide on call support and ready to work 24/7 operational shift.
Coach & guide junior SRE and Operation engineers, remove blockers and suggest path forward
About You:
Years of Experience: 8- 11 Years
Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in operating and supporting production grade AWS cloud-based services and products (as Senior DevOps/Cloud Operation engineer).
Experience & knowledge of AWS services, such as EKS, Cloud Front, ECS, Route53, DB Services, Search services and more.
Experience or knowledge of Container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes
Experience in cross versatile OS platform like Linux, Windows
Experience in scripting and programming (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
Experience or knowledge with Version Control and CI/CD (Git/ Azure DevOps)
Experience or knowledge writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform / CloudFormation / other)
Knowledge on a release deployment process
Team player with great analytical skill.
