  • Lead and manage a team of highly skilled professionalswith deep expertise in applications development and supportresponsible for the endtoend delivery of applications services tointernal OpCos.

  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding ofapplications architecture development methodologies and technologystacks to drive optimal solutions.

  • Act as a subject matterexpert in applications design development and deployment providingtechnical guidance to both the service delivery team and internalclients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for keyclients regarding applications servicerelated inquiries escalationsand requests.

  • Proactively identify areas for serviceimprovement and champion initiatives to enhance the qualityefficiency and effectiveness of applicationsservices

  • Provide strong leadership guidance andmentorship to the applications service delivery team fostering aculture of excellence accountability and continuousimprovement

  • Monitor and optimize resource utilizationparticularly for advanced applications projects to achievecostefficiency.

  • Implement and maintain robust securitymeasures to safeguard client data and information specializing inadvanced applications security practices.



your background

  • Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Computer Science or a related field.

  • Over 15 years of experience in IT with asubstantial portion in a leadership or managerial capacitydemonstrating advanced applicationsexpertise.

  • Strong knowledge of IT service managementframeworks (e.g. ITIL) SDLC and best practices particularly inapplications service delivery.

  • Proven track record of successfullymanaging largescale applications service deliveryoperations

  • Excellent communication negotiation andstakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to driveprocess improvement initiatives and achieve operationalexcellence.
