The Parent Counselors will work under the direct control of the HOI.
● To be an effective communicator between the School, Parents and the teachers.
● This wing should play an intermediary role between Management and Parent in
communicating the effective implementation of the mission on a day to day basis. It is their
primary duty to clear the ambiguity among the parents and make them realize it is not a
complaint cell.
● Should attend to the needs of the parents when they visit the school. They
should note down the requirements, appraise them with the norms of the organization and to
give them feedback by fulfilling their expectations.
● Be the representative of the organization, thereby enhancing the brand image and envision
growth count.
● Monitor the potential growth of skills among the students and build a relative understanding
about the child among the teachers and parents.
● Observe the Holistic development of the child.
● Develop professional relationships with different stakeholders and clients.

DAILY DUTIES :
● From 2022-23 year it is resolved that PCs need to make all calls through SUPER RECEPTIONIST
APP only. They need to deposit their personal phones in the cupboards allotted for this
purpose.
● They are also given a facility to improve call quality with the parents . They can browse in and
try to gauze their performance.
● It is the sole responsibility of the PCs to ensure every parent makes use of MCB parentApp
without fail.
● E-portfolio activities -PCs need to upload the finalized E-portfolio activities in student’s
google site folder, as per the approved copies received from the teachers - Need to make
followup of pending submissions from the students. Counsel the students to improvise the
performance to showcase their talents through submission of the activities as per given
guidelines. Best activities details to be brought to the notice of the parents during their
interactions.
