Job Description
 

1. **Marketing Responsibilities**:

   - **Promotion and Branding**: Develop marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and attract prospective students and parents. This may involve creating advertising campaigns, designing promotional materials, and utilizing digital marketing channels.
  
   - **Admissions Management**: Oversee the admissions process, including organizing open houses, conducting school tours, and coordinating admission assessments and interviews. Ensure that admissions procedures are transparent, efficient, and aligned with the school's enrollment goals.
  
   - **Community Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with the local community, including parents, alumni, businesses, and educational institutions. Organize community events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
  
   - **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and competitive factors influencing the education sector. Gather feedback from current and prospective families to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
  
   - **Digital Presence**: Manage the school's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and digital communication platforms. Create engaging content, update information regularly, and monitor online feedback and reviews to maintain a positive digital reputation.

2. **Discipline Incharge Responsibilities**:

   - **Behavior Management**: Develop and implement school-wide discipline policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment. Provide guidance and support to teachers, staff, and students in addressing behavioral issues and conflict resolution.
  
   - **Student Support Services**: Coordinate support services for students with behavioral or disciplinary challenges, including counseling, intervention programs, and referrals to external agencies if needed. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop individualized behavior plans and interventions.
  
   - **Policy Enforcement**: Ensure compliance with school rules, regulations, and codes of conduct among students and staff. Monitor campus behavior, enforce disciplinary actions when necessary, and maintain accurate records of disciplinary incidents and interventions.
  
   - **Crisis Management**: Respond to critical incidents, emergencies, and disciplinary crises in a timely and effective manner. Implement emergency protocols, coordinate with relevant authorities, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of the school community.
  
   - **Conflict Resolution**: Mediate conflicts and disputes among students, staff, and parents using conflict resolution techniques and restorative practices. Facilitate constructive dialogue, promote empathy and understanding, and work towards peaceful resolutions of conflicts.
  
   - **Professional Development**: Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff on topics related to behavior management, discipline, and student support. Equip teachers and staff with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
