ARITHMETIC LECTURER

Job Description
**Qualifications:**

1. A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  
2. Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level, preferably in a degree college or higher education setting. Demonstrated excellence in teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and curriculum development.

3. Strong expertise in arithmetic principles, operations, and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to convey complex mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

5. Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems for course delivery, content management, and student interaction. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools for blended or hybrid learning modalities is desirable.
