Job Description

1. Personal Support:

    •    Manage and organize personal calendar, including appointments, social engagements, and family events.
    •    Handle personal errands such as shopping, travel arrangements, and household management.
    •    Coordinate personal finance matters, including bill payments, budgeting, and banking tasks.
    •    Liaise with household staff and service providers to ensure smooth operations of personal affairs.

2. Professional Coordination:

    •    Maintain and manage the executive’s business calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
    •    Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for business meetings.
    •    Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
    •    Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and correspondence efficiently.

3. Administrative Duties:

    •    Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
    •    Manage and organize files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
    •    Conduct research and provide summaries or reports on various topics as needed.
    •    Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.


Qualifications

Need 2-3 Yrs of work experience in the same field
