Ohm’s Assembly is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, and conducting research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize multiple calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Research: Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and reports.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive team.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
