Payrollcloud is a leading IT company specializing in innovative software solutions, including cutting-edge payroll management systems and various other IT products. We are expanding our sales team to introduce and sell our new product to potential clients using various sales methods.

 

Job Description: 

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives/Managers who will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our new product offerings to clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell IT products to prospective clients.
  •  Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  •  Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to close sales.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  •  Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their business requirements.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  •  Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  •  Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
  •  Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future action plans.
  •  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in IT sales, software solutions, or a similar field, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability to understand technical aspects of IT products and explain them to clients effectively.
  •  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
