Position Summary
ConveGenius supports multiple central state and districtgovernment education departments CSRs and social purposeorganizationsto plan design and implement largescale EdTechprogramsto create a sustainable educational impact in India. Thisinvolves cocreating and implementing comprehensive project planscoordinating with partner organizations and providing technologyplatforms to monitor and evaluate the EdTech program. This requiresefficient management of multiple ambiguous work streams with tightdeadlines and consistent engagement with government officials andpartner organizations at various levels of seniority.
The District Program Manager will play an essential rolein ensuring that the EdTech program is implemented in an efficientand effective manner as per the defined KPIs. The DPM will beexpected to adapt to ambiguous circumstances effectively respond togovernment and partner requests and strengthen the CGs mission ofEdTech for Naya Bharat.

Key responsibilities include but are notlimited to:
- Takeownership of the project and manage it endtoend lead a highqualityteam and effectively break down work streams and ensure highoutcomeorientation
- Prepare strategic roadmaps andimplementation plans with goals and milestones Identify operationalbottlenecks and weaknesses and devise resolution pathways alongwith the team
- Ensuring fulfillment oftargetbased student engagement and learning outcomes Develop andmanage strong working relationships with the key officials at thedistrict level and key leaders at the partner organizations
- Manage daytoday operations and liaise withthe district to ensure the required buyin inputs permissions andresources are made available
- Collaborateeffectively with the internal teams as per the needs of the programActively build internal capabilities and support team members bysharing leanings providing feedback and ensuring their training anddevelopment
- Develop comprehensive reportsdecks and case studies on the programs and share regular updateswith management as required
Required Qualifications Skills and Abilities
- Masters orequivalent degree from a toptier institution
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with managerialresponsibilities and a track record of excellence
- Familiarity and exposure to the field ofeducation and educational technology Excellent program stakeholderand teammanagement skills including the ability to connect withpeople across lines of difference
- Ability todesign plan and implement largescale programs
- Extremely high analytical synthesis and problemsolving abilities
- Work under tight deadlines in a complexmultistakeholder environment to achieve targets independently andunder pressure
- Good research writing andcommunication skills and comfortable representing the programexternally
- High level of flexibility andresponsiveness to organizational requirements Management/ strategyconsulting background is preferred
- Skilled inExcel PowerPoint Word and Data crunching andanalysis.
