Job Overview


We are hiring a CRM Executive to join our team at Khushi Housing Solution Pvt Ltd. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a CRM or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of real estate industry would be an advantage


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their concerns
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns
  • Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
