For the post of SEO Project Lead the idealcandidate will have 24 years of experience in the field of SEO witha wellrounded knowledge about online marketing. The candidateshould have specific experience focused on yzing and increasingorganic search traffic through both technical website factors andauthority building as well as onpage and offpage optimization. Thisrole involves spearheading ods to improve clients website organicrankings doenting SEO changes and effectively communicating projectdevelopments to team members.

The ideal candidate needs to be organizedunderstand SEO drivers and possess effective communicationss.

Qualifications:
  • Proficientin using various SEO softwares and cloudservices
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exceland its applicable usage in SEO
  • Excellentcommunication and writing ss in English
  • 24years experience in SEO or Online Marketing. Freshersshould apply to the SEO ociate position and not thisone.
  • Bachelors Degree in Degreein Marketing Business Administration Economics Math or relatedfield is a plus but not amust
Desired Ss &Experience:
  • Webdevelopment experience or HTML coding knowledge will be aplus
  • Experience with WordPress and SearchEngine Optimization plugins
  • Ability to takeownership of managing client projects as well as work with crossfunctional teams to get desired results forprojects.
AdditionalInformation:EssentialDuties & CoreResponsibilities:StrategyResearch &Audits:
  • Strategy:Develop SEO strategies for clients based on keyword researchkeyword strategy competitive ysis domain authority current rankingsand other factors that contribute to developing an successful SEOcampaign.
  • Research: Create SEO research reportsbased on core findings offering several options in a clear conciseway that meet client needs and result in a successful SEOcampaign.
  • Audits: Evaluate websites based ontechnical factors onpage ysis and backlink profiles to summarizethe current SEO strength of a website. Trouble errors via WebmasterTools and produce an audit that summarizes a websites SEOsituation.
SEOStrategy:
  • Industryresearch & competitive ysis
  • Research yzeand develop a keyword strategy
  • Monitor rankingreports and adjust strategy asnecessary
  • Monitor traffic performance andquantify results using Google ytics
  • Completemonthly clientreports
OnPage SEOStrategy:
  • Make onsiterecommendations (Title H1 Content familiarity with HTML isnecessary)
  • Implement recommended changes inclient CMS / Website
  • Complete technical websiteaudit reports & recommendchanges
OffPage SEOStrategy
  • Develop andexecute effective authority buildingstrategies
  • Engage in social strategies topromote clients and increase authority
  • Performlink pruning and backlink audits to help clients have a clean linkprofile which is safe from any penalties from searchengines
