For the post of SEO Project Lead the idealcandidate will have 24 years of experience in the field of SEO witha wellrounded knowledge about online marketing. The candidateshould have specific experience focused on analyzing and increasingorganic search traffic through both technical website factors andauthority building as well as onpage and offpage optimization. Thisrole involves spearheading methods to improve clients websiteorganic rankings documenting SEO changes and effectivelycommunicating project developments to teammembers.

Qualifications:
  • Proficientin using various SEO softwares and cloudservices
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exceland its applicable usage in SEO
  • Excellentcommunication and writing skills in English
  • 24years experience in SEO or Online Marketing. Freshersshould apply to the SEO Associate position and not thisone.
  • Bachelors Degree in Degreein Marketing Business Administration Economics Math or relatedfield is a plus but not amust
Desired Skills& Experience:
  • Webdevelopment experience or HTML coding knowledge will be aplus
  • Experience with WordPress and SearchEngine Optimization plugins
  • Ability to takeownership of managing client projects as well as work with crossfunctional teams to get desired results forprojects.
AdditionalInformation:EssentialDuties & CoreResponsibilities:StrategyResearch &Audits:
  • Strategy:Develop SEO strategies for clients based on keyword researchkeyword strategy competitive analysis domain authority currentrankings and other factors that contribute to developing ansuccessful SEO campaign.
  • Research: Create SEOresearch reports based on core findings offering several options ina clear concise way that meet client needs and result in asuccessful SEO campaign.
  • Audits: Evaluatewebsites based on technical factors onpage analysis and backlinkprofiles to summarize the current SEO strength of a website.Troubleshoot errors via Webmaster Tools and produce an audit thatsummarizes a websites SEOsituation.
SEOStrategy:
  • Industryresearch & competitive analysis
  • Researchanalyze and develop a keyword strategy
  • Monitorranking reports and adjust strategy asnecessary
  • Monitor traffic performance andquantify results using GoogleAnalytics
  • Complete monthly clientreports
OnPage SEOStrategy:
  • Make onsiterecommendations (Title H1 Content familiarity with HTML isnecessary)
  • Implement recommended changes inclient CMS / Website
  • Complete technical websiteaudit reports & recommendchanges
OffPage SEOStrategy
  • Develop andexecute effective authority buildingstrategies
  • Engage in social strategies topromote clients and increase authority
  • Performlink pruning and backlink audits to help clients have a clean linkprofile which is safe from any penalties from searchengines
