Requirements
  • Functionalexperience in PeopleSoft Core HR particularly for North America.
  • Strongcommunication skills inEnglish.
  • Goodunderstanding of businessprocesses.
  • Willingnessto work in shifts: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PMEST).
  • Experiencein any other PeopleSoft module is considered an addedadvantage.
  • Abilityto troubleshoot issues raised byclients.
  • Capabilityto decode functional designs to resolve issueseffectively.
  • Proficiencyin working on enhancements by gathering requirements fromclients.
  • Aptitudefor creating or updating functional designdocuments.
  • Proficientin creating test plans and test scripts for upgrades andpatches.
