**Roles and Responsibility**

Should be able to manage a team size of two to ten people depending on the Project needs.

Should be able to work on estimates, presales and deliver solutions.

As a lead, should be self-motivated and be able to motivate and lead teams on toughest time critical projects with ease. Should be flexible to work in Semi-US hours 4 PM to 12 AM IST.
