Overview:The Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in supporting theadministrative functions of the company. While not interactingdirectly with clients this role is essential for the smoothoperation and effective management of internal processes. Theexecutive will ensure that all back office duties are conductedefficiently aligning with the company s operational policies andstandards.
Requirements
KeyResponsibilities:
- Manageand maintain records data and office supplyinventory.
- Assistin processing company documents with adherence to organizationalguidelines.
- Supportfinancial management tasks including invoicing budget tracking andreporting.
- Coordinateand facilitate communication between departments to ensure workflowefficiency.
- Handleconfidential employee and company information with integrity anddiscretion.
- Utilizeoffice management software to create reports presentations andschedules.
- Assistin the preparation and coordination of internal events andmeetings.
EssentialQualifications:
- HigherSecondary (12th Pass)preferred.
- Atleast 1 year of total work experience in back office operations orsimilarroles.
