Role Overview:

Responsible for executing on a strongmarketing model for JOINTS RECONSTRUCTION MITEK SPORTS MEDICINE andDigital Surgery business unit with a focus on sustainable compliantgrowth that is consistent with the CREDO company policy andbusiness goals. The expectation is to deliver topline and GP growthby driving marketing excellence and external focus developing thecapability of the marketing organization and building for scale byfocusing on customer needs in specific surgical specialtiesutilizing internal synergy and external partnerships via new GTMsand digital pathways in line with J&Js MedTech ambition. Ifyou are someone who loves inspiring and installing marketingconviction large teams wants to solve business problems really ownscustomer cares and is constantly looking for insights that canimprove the customer experience and believes in structuredimplementation of strategies you should consider this role. No oneworks with infinite resources so you are expected to drive themarketing operations efficiently. You are expected to work closelywith the various enabling functions to drive the business forward.As you focus on delivering results you need to focus on thelongterm vision for the organization.

BusinessFinancial Results

  • Deliverthe assigned Business revenue and GP plan for the business Monthly/ Qtrly / Annual
  • Understand customersneeds and market potential and set direction strategies and plansto expand the market and realize market potential.
  • Analyze business KPIsincluding movement to advanced product mix to proactively identifymarketing opportunities and risks reprioritize resources with onesmarketing team supply chain sales leadership and finance tomaximize opportunities.
  • Partners with regionalteams & JJ Medtech global teams to develop a longtermgrowth roadmap for India and South Asia supported by an investmentmodel which drives profitable growth efficiently effectively andsustainably.
  • Ensureseffective implementation and execution of policies and plans todirect the growth of the business unit and to achieve both longtermand shortrange objectives through various marketing strategies andmethodologies.

  • Drive databased marketinginterventions with financial acumen & market intel
  • Strong digital marketingcapability for across orthopedic product and procedures thoughpatient/customer insight marketing to enhance communication andreach more patients developing new innovative pathway.

CustomerSatisfaction

  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with all levels of customers toachieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Research and identifykey customer critical success factors as a basis for identifyinginnovative opportunities that will deliver improved customerbusiness performance and healthcare outcomes.
  • Work closely with salesteam to engage with KOLs as customer focused advocate a changeagent in developing a Customer Value Proposition Framework andoptimal Professional Education engine & CRM Approach basedon strong understanding of market dynamics competitive landscapenew growth opportunities and Professional insights.

InternalBusiness Processes

  • Manageinternal relationships and processes enabling flexibility andresponsiveness in drawing on internal specialists accessinginformation and support as needed
  • Closely work with salesteam and other functional partners through alignment and manageappropriate allocation and utilization of marketingresources/budget.
  • Providerelevant information to sales and other support departments tocontribute to effective internal business processes and to supporteffective decisionmaking and actions across the organization.
  • Implementation trackingeffectiveness and analysis of key marketing interventions /campaigns

PeopleManagement

  • Developa strong marketing team and ensure a competitive succession plan isin place for all the critical roles in marketing / salesorganization.
  • Buildsynergy in the team and with the other stakeholders througheffective leadership
  • Build a strong team andtalent pipeline through meticulous recruitment implementingtraining and development plans to address development needs.
  • CREDO conduct feedbackand identify issues and action plans and ensure completion ofagreedupon plans
  • Championthe Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Find and executeleveraged strategies across different portfolios and specialtieswithin DePuySynthes and strategies with collaboration acrossmultiple business units in JJMI.

CorporateEthics

  • Drive CREDO culturein the team through participation in the companys Credo programscommunicate to the team about their individual responsibilitytowards the CREDO
  • Managebusiness within ethics and values expressed in Credo while activelypursuing businessoutcome

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduation degree ordiploma in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 10 Years ofexperience in marketing management with some people managementexperience
  • Orthopedicindustry experiences are preferred.
  • Some sales experience isrequired.
