Role Summary:
The Director of Marketing is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving the marketing vision, strategies, and execution across the organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand’s market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing approaches.
The Director of Marketing will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, managing all aspects of marketing including brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, event marketing, and customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Director will be instrumental in aligning the marketing efforts with the company’s overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content and social media strategies.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
- Manage marketing for trade shows and industry events.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 13 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion of that time spent in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams.
