What this job involves: Working closely with Quality and Operational Leadership to establish a structured Quality management framework for JBS Operations Globally. The role holder will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations based on the defined governance structure to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting awareness, providing training, and cultivating a customer-centric mindset.
Analyze data and identify trends to drive decision-making and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and monitor compliance.
Monitor and report on progress on quality framework deployment to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
Qualifications and skills:
University Graduates / Post-Graduates or equivalent work experience in analytics. A minimum of five (5) years’ industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quality management within the IT/ BPO / Shared services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional understanding of Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change across an organization.
Proven history in conducting audits and inspections and implementing preventive actions.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
Experience in deploying ISO 9001 would be an added advantage.
