Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for the construction industry based in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4-6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic marketing within the construction sector, along with excellent communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Construction industry knowledge (Mandatory skill) is crucial for understanding market dynamics and driving marketing strategies in alignment with industry standards.
  • Strategic marketing planning (Mandatory skill) to develop and implement effective marketing plans that align with business objectives and maximize market penetration.
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for presenting ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
  • Proven expertise in market research to gather insights and make informed decisions that support strategic objectives and competitive advantage.

  • Project management skills to oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring all elements are completed on time and within budget.
  • Budget management skills to monitor and optimize marketing expenditure while achieving maximum ROI for marketing activities.
