JobDescription:
MaxAircon Pvt. Ltd. a prominent HVAC solutions provider based in Puneis seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Design Engineer to joinour team. As an HVAC Design Engineer you will play a crucial rolein designing and developing HVAC systems for various projects. Yourresponsibilities will include creating detailed designs conductingsimulations and collaborating with internal teams to ensureefficient and effective HVACsolutions.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.DesignDevelopment: Develop detailed HVAC system designs including layoutdrawings schematics and specifications based on projectrequirements and clientneeds.
2.SystemSimulation: Use HVAC design software to perform load calculationsenergy simulations and airflow analysis to optimize systemperformance and energyefficiency.
3.EquipmentSelection: Select appropriate HVAC equipment components andmaterials based on project specifications budget constraints andindustrystandards.
4.TechnicalSupport: Provide technical expertise and support to project teamsincluding engineers technicians and contractors during theimplementation and commissioningphases.
5.Compliance andStandards: Ensure all HVAC designs comply with relevant codesregulations and standards including energy efficiency ratings andenvironmentalguidelines.
6.Collaboration:Collaborate with architects mechanical engineers and otherstakeholders to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into buildingdesigns and constructionplans.
7.Cost Estimation:Assist in preparing project cost estimates proposals and biddocuments by providing accurate HVAC design information andmaterialrequirements.
8.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including designdrawings calculations technical specifications and projectreports.
9.QualityAssurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify thatHVAC installations meet design specifications and qualitystandards.
10.ContinuousLearning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVACtechnology trends and best practices to enhance design capabilitiesandinnovation.
QualificationsandSkills:
1.Bachelor sdegree in Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.
2.3 to 4 years ofexperience in HVAC system design preferably in commercial orindustrialprojects.
3.Proficiency inHVAC design software such as AutoCAD Revit MEP Carrier HAP orequivalenttools.
4.Strong knowledgeof HVAC principles equipment components andsystems.
5.Ability toperform load calculations duct sizing equipment selection andsystemoptimization.
6.Familiarity withbuilding codes energy codes ASHRAE standards and environmentalregulations.
7.Excellentanalytical problemsolving and decisionmakingskills.
8.Effectivecommunication and collaboration skills to work in a teamenvironment.
9.Detailorientedwith a focus on accuracy and quality in designwork.
10.Projectmanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks anddeadlines effectively.
