The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will overlook all marketingactivities for luxury multi brand Indian fashion retailer and itsprivatelabe.

The candidate we are looking for should ideally be from a retailbackground with exposure to both traditional and digital marketing.This role includes all ATL BTL and digital marketing initiativesfor the brand such as PR store events Facebook & Googlecampaigns CRM and socialmedia.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead the overall calendar of integrated 360marketing and brandcampaigns across channels digital printinstore.

Oversee campaign development across all aspects: creative mediacontent target audience schedulesetc.




Campaigns should build brand awareness retain customers andencourage repeat purchase generate positive wordofmouth generatenew leads promote newlaunches.

Work closely with the founder/ CEO and other functional heads toalign with businessgoals.

Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness across ATL BTL anddigital (Facebook & Google) and consistently improve impactandROI.

Design develop & implement effective and consistent mediaengagements acrossformats.

Drive consistent communication through thought narratives thatbuild upon the exclusivity and uniqueness of thebrand.

Lead social media organic strategy including content creationdriving relevant metrics including follower growth among targetaudiences.

Identify and build a base of influencers independent persons whocan drive positive brandengagement.

Engage with collaborators and brands that echo the vision of thecompany to increase brand impact and buildinfluence.

Manage Customer Analytics with an aim of leveraging crosssellupsell and servicing opportunities to existingcustomers



Skillsand Experience:

1215 years experience in lifestyle retail marketing and BrandManagement

Strong understanding of messaging (customer/influencer) andpositioning

Excellent communication skills (written andverbal)

Excellent planning time management and organizational skills withthe ability to manage multiple activitiessimultaneously

A handson participative leadership style that encourages creativeproblemsolving
