Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Technical Capabilities
Work experience in Learning Management System is mandatoryShould have hands-on experience in configuration, customization & deployment of a Learning PlatformCollaborate with stakeholders (internal / external) to define e-learning objectives and outcomesAnalyze business processes, and user requirements to establish learning platformProvide training and support to LMS users, including faculty, students, and administratorsAct as a SME for LMS platform with an ability to investigate, evaluate and implement appropriate new functionsCollaborate with content owners to identify the best practices in the design of courses and assessmentsTo ensure all stakeholders have access to the LMS and understand the features available for their profileReviewing the end product with respect to user experience, user interface, navigation, and functionalityAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams in order to ensure that the quality is met as per the internal standards and client expectationsTake part in the testing of new features to the LMS Platforms and share results and suggestions.Collaborate with managers and leads to improve the processesRespond to ad hoc data requestsLeads the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the LMSDesigns and implements performance measurement system to track data and drive improvementAnalyzes data, tracks training completion, and measures performance; recommends solutions to meet organizational and program objectivesProven experience in LMS with a minimum of 4+ years in Administration and ConfigurationFamiliarity with e-learning standardsExcellent written language and documentation skills
