Responsibilities:

1.Oversee daytoday operations to ensure all Service Level Agreement(SLA) metrics aremet.
2.Implement company policies across operational areas establish teamgoals and monitor performance againstKPIs.
3.Communicate clearly with associates and senior associates regardingclient expectations andaccountability.
4.Coordinate and participate in the completion of productionstandards recognizing high performers and managing a US clientindependently.
5.Evolve job responsibilities in consultation with seniormanagement.
6.Screen and recruit production staff plan training programs manageemployee issues complete employee reviews and implement HRpolicies.
