JobRole: Investment Banking Analyst andnbsp;


Aboutthe Role:


The idealcandidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset ininvestor reporting investor engagement investor communications andfundraising.


Fundraisingand amp; M andamp;A


The individualshall also support the team during fundraising by assisting withthe preparation of the funds placement memorandum investor pitchpresentations due diligence questionnairesetc.


InvestorEngagement


Ensuringthat all investor engagement activities are duly recorded forfuture reference and all action items are promptly followedup untilclosure. The individual shall assist the team in ensuring that allinvestor deliverables are attended to within agreed upon timelines.The individual shall also assist with engaging relationshipbuilding and networking with potentialinvestors.


StakeholderCommunications


Assistingthe leadership team in ensuring that all organizationalcommunication with external media happens on a timely basis remainserrorfree and appropriately captures the intended messaging. Theindividual shall assist with the preparation of all communicationsthat emanate from the organization: pressreleases journalist Q andamp;As factsheetsetc.


JobDescription:


Thecandidate will be required to work closely with the InvestmentBanking Head on executing PE deals.

Build astrong understanding of the organization and the sector in which weoperate and use this knowledge to improve the analysis of financialparameters.

Oversee research and analysis onareas including but not limited to companys primary industrycompetitors macrofactors affecting the industry companys positionwithin the industry.

Analyse company buildbusiness models assess capital requirements prepare pitch bookdesign financial models perform deal structuring and create anyother collateral required for deal making.

Assistin the entire process i.e. deal origination manage the deal getcompeting offers assist in commercial and amp; legal due diligenceand deal closure.

Analyse core financial data andcreate financial models to do various kinds of valuation (Propertybusiness etc). Also work on trends andforecasting.

Performing market research (Stockscommodities etc) data mining using businessintelligence

Drafting valuation / researchreports various transaction documents (term sheet sharesubscription agreement etc)

Creating businessplan and preparing deck for investors

Fundraising (debt / equity) activities including identifying potentialclients/investors.

Identify and drive processimprovements including the creation of standard and ad hoc reportstools and exceldashboards.


Basicqualifications:


BTechCA BFM BMS MBA CFA BBA (Finance)

03 years ofbusiness finance or other relevantexperience.

Must have advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Word Excel and Power Point.

StrongAnalytical and Data GatheringSkills.

Abilityto streamline functions and passion to learn andgrow

Good businessacumen

Strong interpersonal skills includingwritten and oral communication skills.
