Retail Banking - Business Analyst - CREQ187045 Description Key CapabilitiesAn ideal Business Analyst will need to be able to display the following qualities and or 8+ years of Agile BA experience:Behaviours & CompetenciesSuperb communicator, dynamic and adaptable with the ability to use & learn new skills.Ability to lead and drive the shaping of new initiatives forward in a requirement led way.Support the Engineering Leads by critically evaluating business ideas from a stakeholder point of view.Identify underlying business needs to be addressed, reviewed ensure requirements will resolve the defined business problem.Ability to facilitate efficient and effective decision making ensuring all parties feel understood and satisfied.Ability to coordinate backlogs and interdependancies between multiple teams.Have a service design mentality, ensuring a balanced and cohesive outcome encompassing user experience design, operation design and solution design, including the identification and resolution of design decisions.Able to clearly and concisely document project requirements to ensure there is no loss of functionality to our customers.Knowledge & ExperiencePayment domain experience is a must, with sound banking domain experience.Experience of capturing and analysing granular level requirements alongside associated NonFunctional requirements.A dynamic and adaptable individual able to use and learn new skills & knowledge in varying circumstances.A natural facilitator and decisionmaker, enabling collaboration across all teams within the Lab.Analytical problem solver.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to influence positively demonstrating the Groups values and behaviours.Proven understanding of business analysis and business architecture methodologies and techniques and their practical application.Developing, defining and documenting As Is & To Be processes and identify requirements.Familiarity with tools & techniques for increased automated testing and construction of supporting Acceptance Criteria such as BDD and TDD.Google Cloud Platform experience desired.Key AccountabilitiesUnderstand business problems, critically evaluating of business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view.Support the Engineering Lead by critically evaluating business ideas from a stakeholder point of view.Facilitating requirement discussions with key stakeholders to ensure decisions are made and understood by all.Validate requirements and proposed solutions with partners and gain approvalFacilitate managing the product backlog, working collaboratively with the Product Owners and the delivery teams to ensure consistent understanding of the proposed solution and assist with elaboration, sprint planning activities etc.Provide domain knowledge and analysis capabilitySupport technical architecture by ensuring proposed solutions are aligned to the strategy and Target Operating ModelPrimary Location Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India Job Type Experienced Primary Skills Agile Years of Experience 8 Qualification
