Weare seeking an experienced International Lead GenerationExpert to identify and attract global clients in need ofoutsourced IT developers. The role involves generating qualifiedleads from international markets (primarily US UK and Europe) witha strong focus on startups and smalltomedium enterprises (SMEs)requiring developmentsupport.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Research and identify potentialclients in international markets looking to outsource ITdevelopers.
  • Utilize online platforms (LinkedIn job boardsetc.) and databases to create leadlists.
  • Generate leads through outbound campaignscold emailing and social mediaoutreach.
  • Qualify leads based on their business needsand match them with our IT developer outsourcingservices.
  • Build relationships with prospective clientsmoving them through the salesfunnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to createlead generation strategies andcampaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on leadgeneration progress and metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and theevolving demands for ITdevelopers.


Requirements


  • 3 years of experience in leadgeneration or business development ideally within IT outsourcing ortalent sourcing.
  • Experience working with clients ininternational markets especially the US UK andEurope.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industryspecifically developer roles andtechnologies.
  • Proven track record of successfullygenerating and nurturing leads.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools andCRM systems.
  • Excellent communication negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with theability to meet targets.

NOTE:Candidates with 2.5 years experience are encouraged toapply. This is a mid level position requiring strong attention todetail and the ability to work independently. Must have a personallaptop with a reliable internetconnection.

3 years of experience inlead generation or business development, ideally within IToutsourcing or talent sourcing. Experience working with clients ininternational markets, especially the US, UK, and Europe. Strongunderstanding of the IT industry, specifically developer roles andtechnologies.
