Roles& Responsibilities:
- Brand and SupplierManagement:
- Select and onboardbrand partners and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers tosecure favorable conditions.
- Product Sourcing andAssortment:
- Source productsfrom suppliers and manage the endtoend buying process.
- Oversee offers and promotions to enhance productofferings.
- Commercial and BuyingManagement:
- Handle allcommercial aspects including pricing profitability and marginmanagement.
- Monitor and manage P&L forthe category to ensure financial targets are met.
- Store Launches andMerchandising:
- Ensure smoothproduct launches and store openings.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effectiveinstore presentation and displays.
- Market Analysis andStrategy:
- Analyze market trendsand customer preferences to inform category strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive category growthand performance.
- PerformanceMonitoring:
- Track and report onkey performance indicators (KPIs) related to thecategory.
- Identify opportunities forimprovement and implement corrective actions as needed.
