Overview:The VRF Salesposition is a key role within our organization responsible fordriving sales of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. This roleis essential in expanding our client base fostering relationshipswith customers and achieving sales targets by promoting and sellingVRF products and services.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement sales strategies to attract new customers and meet salestargets.
  • Understand and effectively communicatethe features advantages and benefits of VRF systems to potentialclients.
  • Negotiate and finalize salesagreements to ensure sustainable revenuegrowth.
  • Provide excellent customer service byaddressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strongrelationships with clients.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders anddelivery of VRF systems.
  • Keep abreast of markettrends competitor activities and industry developments to identifynew business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliversales presentations proposals and quotations to potentialclients.
  • Participate in industry events such astrade shows and conferences to showcase VRF products and expandnetwork.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage salespipeline track activities and generate accurate salesforecasts.
  • Generate and submit regular salesreports including sales activities pipeline status and customerfeedback.
  • Conduct training sessions for clientsand internal sales teams on VRF products andservices.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collectionof payments from customers to maintain healthy cashflow.
  • Consistently meet and exceed salestargets while maintaining high levels of customersatisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policiesprocedures and ethical standards in all salesactivities.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field.
  • Provenexperience in sales preferably in the HVACindustry.
  • Deep understanding of VRF systems andtheir applications.
  • Demonstrated track recordof meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strongnegotiation skills and ability to close sales dealseffectively.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability totravel as needed to meet clients and attend industryevents.
  • Strong business acumen and strategicthinking.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion fordriving sales and achieving results.
  • Ability towork independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Thorough understanding of salesprinciples and customer servicepractices.
  • Valid drivers license and a cleandriving record.
  • Certification in sales orrelated field is a plus.
  • Ability to multitaskprioritize and manage timeeffectively.
