Specialist - Process Governance

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Process Analysis: Gather and analyse data related to process performance, including cycle times, error rates, and resource utilization.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Process Mapping & Root cause Analysis: Create detailed process maps or flowcharts to document current processes and visualize potential improvements. 
Investigate the root causes of process issues and recommend solutions to address them. Process improvement & Performance Measurement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress over time. Collaboration: Align with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Corp Audit) to ensure completeness and accuracy of process documentation repository Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and associated workflows. Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees involved in executing or managing processes to ensure adherence to new procedures and standards. Change Management: Work closely with stakeholders to communicate process changes, obtain buy-in, and facilitate smooth implementation.

Requirements

Must Have Requirement :

Specific Education - Bachelor's / Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience - > 10 years Special Skills Proven experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business process reengineering Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in process mapping and flowcharting tools. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results.
