The Specialist Website Management is responsible for supporting our SiteCore based CMS system by authoring web pages, enhancing web experience, and providing/adhering to guidelines of best practices. This motivated individual will be a key member of the Website Management team and support in our efforts of web maintenance, digital asset management, file naming convention, website accuracy, ADA compliance, and category structures across digital platforms including web and mobile. This position also supports the broader Marketing teams in providing strategic resources and expertise for digital materials. The Website Management Specialist will assist in QA validation of regular Digital content updates and supports the broader Marketing team in validating new content from a digital perspective. Collaboration with other teams such as Brand Marketing, Product Management, UX Design, Customer Experience and Analytics will be required to develop and implement successful digital marketing plans.

JOB DUTIES:

Build and maintain webpages on the SiteCore CMS platform to support Resideo’s 20+ global web domains Maintain and communicate the website standards for a successful Digital Experience Create website deliverables in a timely, collaborative manner Manage your request queue for website updates in the Jira platform Collaborate with Marketing teams to produce the best end product, that supports a highly functional and sticky user experience Work with other website specialists to QA requests and work to ensure an error free web presence Ensure eCommerce guidelines are met and aligned with best practices Provide expertise in digital solutions to requesters and external teams  Analyze and understand successes and areas of opportunity and take action to improve the websites and processes Ensure assets are properly tagged and organized in the proper platforms Ensure web domains are meeting the accessibility standards for compliance regulations Partner with teams to ensure content is consistent and reflects the overall brand proposition, including how content is displayed across digital channels, in retail and wholesale outlets, and communication channels Understand how all metrics and KPIs impact the performance of the business

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree required: Business, Marketing or related field.  3+ years in website management and implementation in a B2B and B2C organization  2+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on digital experience Experience with authoring webpages in the SiteCore CMS platform, or other similar CMS platform Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, ability to plan, and prioritize tasks/projects, and meet deadlines
