Job Title: Website Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Website Maintenance:

Regularly update and maintain the company's website to ensure a seamless and optimal user experience. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Conduct regular website audits to identify opportunities for improvement in navigation, functionality, and overall user experience.

2. Content Management:

Update and upload relevant and engaging content on the website. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, is up-to-date, and meets SEO best practices.

3. Technical Support:

Provide technical support for website-related issues to internal stakeholders and external users. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges impacting website performance.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website performance metrics. Generate regular reports on website traffic, user behavior, and other key performance indicators.

8. Integration Tools Management:**

Collaborate with the IT, Marketing and development teams to integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs seamlessly into the website.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as a Website Specialist or in a similar role. Experience with integrating and managing third-party tools, plugins, and APIs. (Pardot) Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., Sitecore). Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
