Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of FieldAssist software tailored to the needs of the required emerging market (preferably Africa).
  • Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and lead follow-ups from telesales activities in the required Africa region.
  • Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations addressing the specific requirements of the clients.
  • Qualify and manage opportunities, including writing proposals and responding to queries pertinent to the emerging market.
  • Collaborate with retainer partners, providing them with the necessary support and information to effectively represent FieldAssist in the market.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders of the customers.
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis specific to the market and to identify and explore potential markets.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated market schedule.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities and pipelines in the required region.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationships in the  market.
  • Liaise with retainer partners, ensuring they are aligned with FieldAssist's goals, and actively manage and coordinate their efforts to achieve mutual success.

Desired skills and experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience in the technology industry, with a focus on the emerging market (APAC/ Middle East/ Africa/ South-East Asia)
  • Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise-level software, with an understanding of the unique needs of regional businesses.
  • Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage, with an ability to adapt to the technological landscape of the international region.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels within the international business landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of cultural nuances of the market.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to travel within the region.
  • Proven experience in working with retainer partners, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving common objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate partner activities, ensuring the successful implementation of joint strategies.
