Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of FieldAssist software tailored to the needs of the required emerging market (preferably Africa).
- Generate leads, conduct prospecting, and lead follow-ups from telesales activities in the required Africa region.
- Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations addressing the specific requirements of the clients.
- Qualify and manage opportunities, including writing proposals and responding to queries pertinent to the emerging market.
- Collaborate with retainer partners, providing them with the necessary support and information to effectively represent FieldAssist in the market.
- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders of the customers.
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis specific to the market and to identify and explore potential markets.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated market schedule.
- Monitor and report on all sales activities and pipelines in the required region.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationships in the market.
- Liaise with retainer partners, ensuring they are aligned with FieldAssist's goals, and actively manage and coordinate their efforts to achieve mutual success.
Desired skills and experience
- Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience in the technology industry, with a focus on the emerging market (APAC/ Middle East/ Africa/ South-East Asia)
- Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise-level software, with an understanding of the unique needs of regional businesses.
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage, with an ability to adapt to the technological landscape of the international region.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels within the international business landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of cultural nuances of the market.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to travel within the region.
- Proven experience in working with retainer partners, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving common objectives.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate partner activities, ensuring the successful implementation of joint strategies.

A graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad, Divir loves to interact and apprehend concerns which have a potential to be resolved with new-age technology. His passion for solving problems with technology led him to co-found India's first integrated QR code marketing platform – Flick2Know. He was also the Student Director - Finance, for his college's E-cell- Genesis; co-founded the institute’s Cyber Exchange; and was also a student journalist.
In 2014, Divir co-founded FieldAssist, a part of Flick2Know. Driven to solve the most critical challenge of the CPG industry- mapping and monitoring field sales staff- Divir and the team took it upon themselves to offer sustainable, economical and simpler solutions that didn’t exist in the market until then. Since FieldAssist’s incorporation, Divir has been keenly identifying and developing solutions for other critical sales and distribution problems of the CPG industry.
Today, under the fine leadership of Divir as the Business Head, FieldAssist powers go-to-market strategies of over 600 CPG brands with tens of products and uncountable innovations in its portfolio. He has interned with prestigious organizations like MKSS and BDT, working for the socio-economic upliftment of rural India.
