Adherence - Company Policies
Ensure adherence to company’s time & attendance policy Ensure adherence to company’s code of conduct & Compliance Maintain the team camaraderie/harmony Drive effectively the positive environment for Unit 100% accuracy in reporting Material receivable and properly organizing materials in storeroom Dispensing daily consumable to clinical staff. Close monitoring on patient wise consumptionKPI Description (compliance Targets)
1.1) 'Adherence to policies, guidelines and training- Completion of all mandatory trainings (e.g. compliance, regulatory, health and safety trainings) on a timely basis - 100% compliance with company related policies, guidelines and SOPs, with no negative findings or compliance breach or code of conduct breach 1.2) Supporting Internal & External Audit Requests and Remediation of Action Plans (applicable to employees and people managers handling internal and external audit requests and owners of audit action plans) - Provide timely information as requested by internal & external auditors as per defined timelines - Ownership & execution of remediation action plans from audit findings in a timely and compliant manner
Ensure 100% completion of all mandatory compliance trainings for direct report team members - Cascade regular communication of compliance policies, guidelines, important updates and key messages on ethics & compliance within the respective team. Ensure 100% direct reports are informed. Ensure all new joiners in team are trained on compliance policies - Ensure the direct report team members 100% compliance with company related policies and SOPs - Conduct prehire check on ethics and compliance in new hire
