We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Owner– Real Time payments .

Principal responsibilities

Own and drive the delivery of the detailed requirements backlog, working closely with LOB Product Owners, as well as Operations and Technology Liaise with all stake holders in the business areas and operations to align the product roadmap to business, IT and Ops priorities Ensure Operational Readiness for all changes, working closely with GPS(Global Payment Solutions) Operations (User Acceptance testing(UAT), Training, End User Documentation, Ops release management)  Ensure consistency with global payment processing workflow as far as possible, driving out local changes unless driven by pressing Business, regulatory or compliance needs. Demonstrate clear ability to challenge existing processes and practices where they do not align to the GPS(Global Payment Solutions) Operations Target Operating model and payments infrastructure architecture. Requirements

Excellent understanding of End to End(E2E) payment journeys from the point of client initiation to clearing and settlement, across multiple geographies and scheme types Ability to make sound decisions and drive solutions based on those decisions, with the support of the wider team (IT / architecture / operations / lines of business) Demonstrate excellent understanding of client facing payments products Have a strong understanding of payment operations Highly experienced in working in technology payment change projects Excellent Stakeholder management across a complex global environment
