About the Role:

Design and implement complex workflows using Camunda BPM 7.x and 8.0. Develop custom BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) models, DMN (Decision Model and Notation) tables, and CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation) cases. Configure, deploy, and maintain Camunda BPM platforms and associated worker nodes. Manage the full lifecycle of process automation, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Camunda workflows with existing systems. Ensure high availability and scalability of workflow solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest Camunda features and best practices, and incorporate them into our solutions. Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.



About You:

You are fit for the role if your background includes: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Overall 6 years of experience with BPM solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM. Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Strong understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
