Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests. This is a full-time position located at our luxurious 4-star hotel in Indore. We offer competitive salary and benefits.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Ability to handle cash and use a POS system
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and efficient time management
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to their preferences and the menu
  • Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings and promotions
  • Ensure that the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
