We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an extensive range of beverages to our esteemed guests. Qualifications and Key Skills- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation
- Aptitude for handling cash and operating a POS system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively
- Attention to detail and efficient time management
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Create and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests' preferences and menu offerings
- Maintain awareness of current drink menus and promotions
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
- Verify customers' identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol purchases
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive atmosphere for guests
