Provide support to clients on the features of their product and provide solutions to technical inquiries, support Product Management and Sales Training to provide education on key features of the product to drive sales, and partner with various departments such as technology, client services, conversions and operations as it relates to product implementation and support

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the product and connectivity with client’s feedback. Develop and articulate the vision for the product and actively support sales engagements. Develop strategies to improve revenue and market penetration. Ensure product’s quality pre- and post-launch in collaboration with technology. Identify and build business plans with financial projections for new products, services or offerings, become SME on product and industry
