Position Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the Digital Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive global growth. This includes managing paid campaigns, implementing digital marketing best practices, and collaborating with regional teams to enhance brand awareness and promote action.

Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising across search, social, display, and video platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and their applications.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (CM360, SA360, DV360) preferred.
  • Knowledge of developing paid marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of data analytics and its impact on customer experience.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems like Contentful.
  • Knowledge of content creation for ads, emails, and social posts.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting international markets.
  • Experience in a competitive industry.
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns.
  • Design knowledge (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
