Digital Marketing Specialist - MALE Candidate Job Description Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation Create and execute lead generation programs Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team Skills required to perform this role: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline 5+ years experience in a marketing role Strong organization and prioritization skills Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills SALES PROMOTION STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT - LEAD GENERATION TACTICS - DIGITAL MARKETING - CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT - DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING - BUDGET MANAGEMENT - COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK 1. Sales Promotion: Develop and execute sales promotion campaigns to drive product awareness and sales. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and strategies that align with company goals. Monitor and analyze the performance of promotional campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results. Manage budgets for promotional activities and ensure cost-effective strategies. 2. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and generate inquiries for the sales team. Use various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to generate leads. Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. 3. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support sales objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. 4. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, sales promotion, and lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
