This role will lead and be responsible for projects and cross-functional initiatives within the Oracle domain with broad scope and high impact to the business. This role will require comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology to a successful program execution.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for

Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involving in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification. Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in program management. Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Serving as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of assigned application areas. Being accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program. Managing budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s) and activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s). Maintaining effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization. Coordinating for program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans. Leading the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of small to medium IT solutions for business processes. Ensuring conformance to system architecture, standards and practices and preparing and present project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies and recommend funding and resources. Initiating direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers and systems personnel etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

·Have a minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Technology, Computer Science or Engineering etc.

·Have minimum of 12 years of experience and at least 3-5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Program Management

·Have strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

·Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems and an ability to lead programs / projects.

·Have an ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

·Have an established project management skills
