  • Develop andimplement financial strategies to support the organizationsgoals
  • Oversee financial reporting budgeting andforecasting
  • Manage the accounting team andensure accurate and timely financialclosing
  • Lead financial analysis and provideinsights for decisionmaking
  • Ensure compliancewith tax regulations and financiallaws
  • Collaborate with other departments tosupport financial initiatives
  • Optimize andstreamline financial processes andcontrols
  • Monitor cash flow and financialperformance
  • Provide leadership and mentorshipto the finance team
  • Participate in strategicplanning and contribute financialexpertise
  • Coordinate with external auditors andregulatory bodies
  • Evaluate and recommendimprovements to financial systems andtools
  • Implement risk management strategies andinternal controls
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and best practices infinance
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field
  • CPA or CMAcertification preferred
  • 10 years of progressiveexperience in finance andaccounting
  • Demonstrated experience in aleadership role
  • Strong understanding offinancial principles and regulations
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting andanalysis
  • Advanced knowledge of accountingsoftware and ERP systems
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto prioritize and manage multiple taskseffectively
  • Proven track record of drivingfinancial performance and efficiency
  • Strategicthinker with a focus on continuousimprovement
  • Ability to work well under pressureand meet deadlines
