Please note the candidate shouldbe well versed in using Spine HR software. Job Description: Collaborate with head of thedepartment to understand staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies. Source screen andinterview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit foravailable positions. Coordinate andfacilitate the entire recruitment process from job postings tooffer letters and onboarding. Serve as apoint of contact for employee inquiries concerns and grievancesproviding guidance and support as needed. Implement policies and procedures to promote positiveemployee relations and maintain a respectful workplace culture. Conduct investigations into employeecomplaints or issues ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Support the performance management processby providing guidance to managers and employees on goal settingperformance feedback and development planning. Assist in conducting performance evaluations identifyingperformance gaps and recommending appropriate actions orinterventions. Monitor and track performance metrics to assess theeffectiveness of performance management initiatives. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) andensure accurate and uptodate employee data. Process payroll benefits administration and other HRtransactions in compliance with company policies and legalrequirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HumanResources Management Business Administration Masters degreepreferred. Proven experience of 5 years inHR role with a focus on recruitment employee relations andperformance management. Strong knowledge ofHR best practices employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolvingskills. Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information with discretion.
