About this role:

Wells Fargo Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) is seeking a Specialist to support the FCRM I&P expansion program.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the reporting requirements for the function including KPIs, monthly scorecards etc.
  • Support the governance framework by scheduling the meetings, capturing minutes, tracking open actions etc.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process and manage staffing-related activities such as hiring approvals, tracking, submission, and reporting of headcount.
  • Manage logistics mgmt. for townhalls, site visits etc.
  • Create decks and documents for business reviews, meetings etc.
  • Draft staffing-related org charts and functional structure.
  • Create and distribute communications as needed.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to understand requirements and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within functional area and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the Oversight, Governance & Enablement (OGE) group and rest of the FCRM functions
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations that require good understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced governance and execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 8+ years ofExperience in a Compliance or Financial Crimes group
  • Some understanding of Financial Crimes issues
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Strong partnering skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience supporting a large team with all aspects of staffing
  • Experience supporting Town Halls and site visits
  • Experience creating org charts, decks, and documents for meetings or regulatory deliverables
  • Experience creating and distributing communications
  • Dashboard creation through Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or Power BI
  • SharePoint customization and administration experience
  • Experience establishing, or helping to establish, business requirements
