Job Purpose
Drive traded product operations viz PO creation, vendor payments and import documentation.
Primary Job Responsibilities
International Business
Responsible for delivering overall numbers for Traded products. Getting Cost updated in system based on order-based negotiations. PO generation for orders finalized and sharing the same with vendors. Order based negotiations with the vendors. Order based payment requisition to Finance. Follow up with finance and ensure timely payments in line with the agreed terms to the vendors. Readiness follow up with the vendors, maintain order wise tracker and share the same with relevant stakeholders. Define TAT for order execution process and ensure adherence. Align spare requisition in close co-ordination with service team. Drive pre-shipment inspection of traded products wherever required. Product/Dummy arrangements for market activation/product launches etc. Manage Import documentation for Traded products. Co-ordinate with sales team on day-to-day basis for agility in processes and drive improvement wherever required.Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s of Engineering
Minimum Experience
Minimum 7-8 Years
Relevant/Additional Experience
Must have experience managing purchase operations from China
