Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our Customer Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Self-starter and independently lead client conversations for solutions Bring deep industry expertise in insurance strategy, digital business strategy and customer experience transformation in insurance sector Good knowledge of industry standard project management methodologies Achievement of targets for growth, utilization, and operational excellence and consistent implementation of Deloitte policies and tools to enable these priorities while supporting the engagement of our people

Desired qualifications

Min. 5 years of experience in management consulting with focus on Insurance domain or experience with Insurance or InsurTech organizations Experience in leading business teams for successful implementation of digital business strategy, customer experience transformation, business process transformation Strong communication skills, power point and Excel advanced level knowledge.

Location and way of working

Base location: Pune & Mumbai This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
